Our dog-friendly apartments are perfectly located – with dog miles and walking paths right at the door. In summer, there are joint hikes, mountain lakes, and alpine pastures, in winter romantic walks in the snow and snowy paths. This way, you can enjoy unforgettable holiday days in the mountains all year round – side by side with your four-legged friend.

Enns loop with dog

Round path along the Enns in the east of Schladming
Duration: approx. 1:30 h Length: approx. 6 km

Start in the center of Schladming towards Congress. After about 200 m over the pedestrian bridge (Gollobsteg), then follow the left bank of the Enns to the Lehen bridge. Return via the same path or briefly along the Klausweg to the level crossing, then back along the tracks.

Tip: Near the Athletic Area, there is a dog meadow.

For a conflict-free coexistence on alpine pastures and meadows, there are a few recommendations to observe - especially when traveling with dogs. Here are some tips for humans and dogs, as it is the responsibility of all hikers and mountain bikers to move thoughtfully and respectfully on alpine pastures and meadows. Please pay attention to any signs and information boards!

Always keep the dog on a short leash, if attacked by a cow, immediately unleash
Never pick up the dog
Barking or other reactions of dogs - avoid widely
Never leave marked hiking trails and observe barriers
