When is the service office open?

Our office is staffed daily from 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Outside of these hours, we are available 24/7 by phone.

What do I do if I arrive outside of office hours?

In this case, we will leave your keys in the key safe directly in front of our service office. You will receive the code in time via email.

Is there an emergency number?

Yes. For emergencies, you can reach us around the clock via the emergency number you receive upon arrival.

Can I also contact you via the guest app?

Yes. You can send messages, book services, and retrieve information about your accommodation via the guest app – anytime and easily.

Where can I find contacts on site?

Our Guest Experience Team is at the service office in Schladming to assist you with all matters related to your stay.

How do I reach the office by public transport?

The Schladming train station is only about 650 meters from the service office. Bus and ski bus stops are also in close proximity.

Can I also clarify my request by email?

Yes. Just send us your request by email. We usually respond to inquiries within one working day.

Can I also receive personal advice on excursions and activities on site?

Yes. In our office, we are happy to advise you on excursions, hiking tours, ski passes, or restaurant recommendations.
